MECHWAVE 2026 is a National Level SDG Hackathon organized by the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Francis Xavier Engineering College, bringing together innovative minds to solve real-world challenges through engineering and technology.

With the theme “Engineering Solutions for a Sustainable Future”, the event focuses on developing impactful solutions aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Participants will collaborate in teams to design, prototype, and present ideas that address pressing global issues in sustainability, energy, and smart systems.
